Richard R. Hammar: Attorney, CPA, Author, and Speaker

Mr. Hammar is an attorney, CPA, and author specializing in legal and tax issues for churches and clergy. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and attended Harvard Divinity School. He is the author of several books, including Pastor, Church & Law, the annual Church & Clergy Tax Guide, Reducing the Risk, and the Essential Guide to Copyright Law for Churches.

He also is the senior editor of Church Law & Tax Report, a bimonthly newsletter reviewing significant legal and tax developments for churches and clergy, and Church Finance Today, a monthly newsletter for church treasurers.

Dr. Neil Franks: President & Treasurer, Missouri Baptist Foundation

Dr. Franks is the President of Missouri Baptist Foundation. He had a very successful ministry as Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church, Branson, Missouri. Franks has also served as president of the Missouri Baptist Convention in 2014 and 2015.

A native of Malvern, Arkansas, Dr. Franks earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications from Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth, Texas and a Doctor of Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, Missouri.

June Middleton: CFO / Executive Director of Operations, North Point Church

June Middleton has twenty-five years combined experience in the financial services and information security industries, with broad organizational experience in areas including audit, compliance, operations, accounting, asset/liability analysis, lending, loan review, human resources, insurance, and ever changing information technology.

June is a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and has also earned the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CBA (Certified Bank Auditor), CICA (Certified Internal Controls Auditor), ITIL Foundation v3, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certifications. June holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Accounting from Indiana University, a Graduate Degree in Banking from the University of Wisconsin, and a Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity from Missouri State University.
