Dr. Glenn A. Miller: Founder & CEO, Miller Management

Dr. Miller founded Miller Management to help serve churches and ministers in the area of finance and administration. To that end, he also founded the Institute for Church Management to help educate and train churches. He also has co-authored several books on those same subjects.

Dr. Miller has served the last 30 years, both vocationally and as a volunteer, at multiple churches, ministries, and educational institutions. He currently serves as treasurer at Hannibal-LaGrange University. Dr. Miller holds an AA from Southwest Baptist University, a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and recently completed his Doctorate of Educational Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

 

Vaughn Baker: President, Strategos International

Mr. Baker is currently President of Strategos International. His professional experiences include 20 years of patrol, investigations, and special operations assignments. He has also served as a member of his agency’s SWAT team for over 13 years.

He has trained thousands of school, healthcare, government, faith based, law enforcement, and military professionals from around the world over the past 20 years on various safety, security, law enforcement, military, and tactical related topics.  Additionally, he has developed curriculum related to school intruder response, faith based security, behavior pattern recognition for school violence, and several other school safety and security related topics.

 

Dr. Neil Franks: President & Treasurer, Missouri Baptist Foundation

Dr. Franks is the President of Missouri Baptist Foundation. He had a very successful ministry as Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church, Branson, Missouri. Franks has also served as president of the Missouri Baptist Convention in 2014 and 2015.

A native of Malvern, Arkansas, Dr. Franks earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications from Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Ft. Worth, Texas and a Doctor of Ministry from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kansas City, Missouri.
