The 3E Conference on October 15th and 16th is full of great speakers and sessions. Here is one of the hot topics we will be featuring:
Solo/Small Staff Pastor Church: Often articles, training, and conferences focus on the large staff with huge budgets. What about the pastor that has 90 people and is simply trying to survive? Being a solo pastor offers unique challenges to managing time, priorities, and leadership. Hospital calls need to be made while sermons require attention. Between fixing plumbing and dealing with leadership teams, the small church pastor carries a heavy load. Join us as we discuss practical ways not only to survive, but thrive in the local church.
Speaker: Dr. Jeffrey Klick: Senior Pastor, Hope Family Fellowship
Dr. Jeff Klick has been in full-time ministry for over thirty-four years (since 1981). He spent 10 years as an Administrative Pastor in a large church and now serves as the senior pastor at Hope Family Fellowship in Kansas City, Kansas – a church he planted in 1993. Dr. Klick is also a consultant with The Institute for Church Management and serves on the Board of Directors for The Council for Gospel Legacy Churches.
